Brand Experience Project Manager

About The Role:

We are looking for a Brand Experience Project Manager to create unforgettable real-life brand experiences that captivate our international audience and deepen emotional connections with our brand. From managing international pop-ups and customer activation events to developing brand and influencer collaborations, you will play a key role in driving brand love, engaging new global audiences, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of emerging fashion and e-commerce trends.

Your Reponsibilities:

  • Plan and execute pop-up stores and events that generate buzz and drive sales.
  • Manage influencer collaborations across different markets from start to finish, including creating lookbooks, drafting outreach, defining deliverables, coordinating shipments, and analyzing results.
  • Collaborate with local PR agencies across key markets to amplify brand presence.
  • Research and assess opportunities in existing and new markets to fuel brand expansion.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with brands and content creators that align with our values.
  • Manage budgets, create partnership briefings, and negotiate deals effectively.
  • Track and analyze sales performance during offline activations to ensure impact.
  • Monitor and analyze the effect of partnerships on social media engagement and webshop traffic.
  • Optimize event and partnership strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • A strong project manager with a proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution until the recap.
  • You excel at managing multiple tasks across teams and external partners, balancing creativity with operational excellence.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • Passionate about branding, events, and consumer experiences. Your best ideas are neatly saved in your IG folders, ready to go!
  • You know exactly why Rhode sets the gold standard for pop-ups.
  • You’re already envisioning the influencer collabs that will take the internet by storm.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. proven track record at a PR or event agency, fashion brand, etc.)
  • International experience is a big plus.
