1. To ensure that you're eligible for a refund, make sure to check that the item(s) you wish to return are in the same condition that you received them. You can find our full return policy here.

2. Click on the button below to request a return label in our return portal. The portal allows return requests up until 14 days after delivery of your order.

3. Download the return label, attach it to the parcel, and send it back our way. Once received, our warehouse will do a quality control of the item(s) and, if approved, issue a refund. This may take up until 7 business days. You will receive a notification of the refund via email.
